Setting Our Waypoint

We are pleased to introduce Waypoint Digest, the new monthly publication of the Wagner Faith & Freedom Center. A waypoint marks both where we stand and the direction in which we are called to go. In a culture increasingly uncertain about truth, liberty, and human dignity, this publication will offer a distinctly Christian point of reference—grounded in Biblical truth and devoted to strengthening faith, family, freedom, and the Rule of Law. Through your prayers and faithful partnership, the Lord continues to expand the Center’s influence in remarkable ways, and we remain committed to giving Him all the glory. Each month, Waypoint will share news of that work, thoughtful commentary on the pressing issues of our time, reports from our teaching and public engagement, and practical resources to equip Christians to engage the culture with wisdom, courage, and grace.

September Edition

September brought a new academic year and a busy season of public engagement for the Center. Hon. William Wagner delivered Spring Arbor University’s Constitution Day keynote, the Center helped host an educational trip to Washington, D.C., with Congressman Tim Walberg, and Wagner submitted written testimony defending parental rights on Michigan Senate Bill 1124. This month’s essays explore our God-given calling to work, what makes Christian higher education truly Christian, and Dr. Corey Ross’s challenge to “choose with care how to build.” Marking twenty-five years since September 11, we also remember the courage, sacrifice, and faith Americans displayed that day. New podcast episodes round out the edition, and we pray these pages equip you to engage the culture with wisdom, courage, and grace.
